Schedule and Rules

As Students participate in the CDS Boarding Program, they exhibit teamwork, responsibility, and consideration while they interact with diverse group of others.

Living in the dormitory has many advantages - close proximity to classes, campus activities, and other classmates. Students also save time from commuting. CDS encourages all high school students to live in dorms and to take advantage of the school life to its fullest. We expect dorm students to have the maturity to manage their own time and resources. We also expect the individuals take ownership of their space and to be considerate of others who live in the dormitory community. Success in dormitory life requires that students follow the rules and to be respectful of others. Communication is essential for such a system to work effectively, and atmosphere of informality in which everyone gets involved in spirit of cooperation. Each student gets his/her own room – this should not prevent students from communicating with other students.
